Dear readers

Thank you for the opportunity and interest shown in my craft works. It is a pleasure to be able to share with you about my background in relation to my interest in art and craft.

During my school days, art has always been my favorite subject and has derived great pleasure in drawing, painting, sewing etc as long as something beautiful is hand made. It was with this interest, when I quit my job as a marketing manager to take care of my daughter ten years ago that I formerly took up decorative painting.

For the past few years, I have the opportunity to attend lessons conducted by international renowned painters, namely, Peggy Harris,  Bobby  Takashimaya Heather Redick, Sharyn Binam, Gretchen Cagle, Linda Lock, Chris Roy, Gladys Nelson, Ross Singleton, Lea Davis etc.

Since then there was no turning back, seven years ago I found a new love, and that was making lifelike flowers from clay material with a Japanese teacher. The years of painting have also assisted in this craft as I am able to apply the painting technique to my clay art. I am now a certified teacher with the Japan Hobby Association to tutor and develop this craft. Since 2006, I have started to teach adult and children at home and have also conducts art lessons in school.

I am very keen to impart what little I have learnt to people with the same passion, therefore The Passion Crafts was started out.
